Tianjin Medical University

Tianjin Medical College, the predecessor of Tianjin Medical University, was founded in 1951. It is a medical college approved by the former State Council after the founding of People’s Republic of China. In June 1994, Tianjin Medical College and Tianjin Second Medical College merged to form Tianjin Medical University. In December 1996, it became the only Municipal University under the national "211 Project" in Tianjin. In September 2017, TMU was selected as the national "world-class discipline construction university". Tianjin Medical University is actively engaged in the cause of medical higher education in China. At present, the university has two campuses of Meteorological Station Road and Guangdong Road and eight university hospitals. There are 21 undergraduate majors, 19 colleges and 1 independent college. There are 10491 full-time undergraduates or above, including 5409 undergraduates, 3457 masters, 798 doctoral students and 827 international students.

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals, have good conduct, good physical and mental health, and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and Tianjin Medical University.
2.Applicants must provide senior high school graduation certificates or highest graduation certificates, excellent academic performance, under the age of 25.

3.Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements: TOFEL: no less than 80, IELTS: no less than 6.0 (native English speakers are exempted).
