About CHD
Chang’an University, or CHD, is a national key university. Under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education, it is listed under Project 211，Project 985 Innovation Platform, and Double First-Class Project of China. Located in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, CHD has two campuses and three training bases, with a total area of 250 hectares. CHD has 23 schools and departments which offer advanced degree programs in 7 major fields, namely, engineering, science, management, economics, philosophy, law and literature. CHD has 4 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Singapore Academy of Engineering. CHD faculty is composed of over 1,200 professors and associate professors, including 267 doctoral supervisors and 931 master supervisors. At present, CHD has over 25,000 registered undergraduates, 10,000 master’s and doctor’s candidates, and 1,600 international students.

Qualification
1.Applicant should be a non-Chinese citizen,mentally and physically healthy, with non-criminal record.
2.Applicant should have an educational background equal to or above high school graduation or equivalent.
3.Applicants from non-English speaking countries should submit proof of English language proficiency.
Application Materials
1.The photocopy of passport, photo page and China visa page.
2.Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status.
3.Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
4.English language proficiency for those applicants whose mother tongue or official language is not English. IELTS score 5.5 or above; TOFEL 68 or above; DUOLINGO 85 or above.
5.Physical examination report.
6.Non criminal record certificate.
