About CSU
Central South University (CSU) is situated in Changsha, a famous historical and cultural city in Hunan, China, and covers an area of 2,760,000 m2, with its campuses distributed on the east and west of Xiangjiang River. Backed by the majestic Yuelu Mountain and facing the grand Xiangjiang River, CSU has pleasing scenery and is ideal for study and research. Qualification
1.Excellent Non-Chinese citizens, with no criminal records and in good health. Applicants shall have a strong academic background and innovative research capabilities.
2.Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and should be under 35 years old.
Application Materials
1.Photocopy of the passport.
2.Highest graduation certificate or notarized Chinese/English-translated certificate.
3.Stamped Transcript from the undergraduate program or notarized Chinese/English-translated transcript.
4.English proficiency certificate for the applicant whose educational language is not English, a minimum score of 6 in IELTS or 85 in TOEFL..
5.Study Plan of no less than 1000 words.
6.Two different recommendation letters from professors/associate professors with detailed contacts.
7.Passport sized photo of student.
8.Foreigner physical exam report.
9.CV and video of self-introduction.
10.Non-criminal record or Chinese/English-translated document with an official stamp.
11.Acceptance letter, published essays, or any other supporting materials.
