Application Requirements:

1. Age requirements: 16 to 30 years old.

2. Non-Chinese citizens holding foreign passports. The nationalityrequirement must comply with the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and relevantregulations of the Ministry of Education of China.

3. Basic requirements: good health, friendly towards China, and non-criminal record.
