Introduction:

Since the university began recruiting international students in 2004, it has trained nearly 1,000 international students from over 40 countries and regions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and America. The university oversees the entire process of cultivation and management of international students and offers EMI courses covering 16 specialized programmes and 9 school. In addition to providing degree education, Chinese language teaching, and cultural promotion for international students, the university actively organizes participation in international forums, short video competitions, thematic exchanges, and cultural experiences. This engagement allows international students to experience the rich history and unique charm of Chinese culture. In 2022, the university was approved as a pilot university for the international student platform by the Central Committee of the Mission Youth League, alongside 63 other universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University. It is the only university in Henan Province to receive this award.
