1. Applicants must be citizens of countries other than the People's Republic of China, and the conditions set by the Document No.12(2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC should be met.2.Applicants must be under the age of 30 (HIT Scholarship applicants must be under the age of 25), in good health both mentally and physically, hold a high school's diploma.

3.TOEFL≥80 scores, academic IELTS≥6.0 (no subtest lower than 5.5). If the language of instruction in the previous degree is English, the applicant can provide the English language instruction certificate issued by the previous degree institution.
