1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good health, no criminal record and willing to abide by China’s laws and university’s rules and regulations and show due respect to China’s social and cultural customs.

2. Applicants must be age of 18-25, must have senior high school graduation or its equivalent. 

3. Applicant should have TOEFL 60 or above, or IELTS 5.0 or above, or proof that English is the language of study.
