1. Non-Chinese citizen with a valid foreign passport and in good health, age 18-30 years old. 

2. High school diploma or higher educational background with good grades. 

3. English-taught programs applicants need to submit English proficiency certificate TOEFL or IELTS (English native speakers are exempted).
