1. Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, friendly to China, have no criminal record, and be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid regular foreign passport. Applicants must meet the criteria specified in the Notice by the Ministry of Education of Regulating Admission of International Students to China's Higher Education Institutions (Letter No. 12[2020] of the Ministry of Education).

2. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or above.

3. Applicants whose native language is not English must provide proof of English language proficiency with the results of IELTS (6.0 or above),TOEFL (80 points or above), My Best Scores(80 points or above), Essentials test (8 points or above), or other 2 equivalent English language proficiency certificates. Applicants whose native language is not English but have received their highest level of education taught in English are exempt from providing IELTS/TOEFL certificates and other proof of English proficiency, but must submit proof of the language of instruction.

Scholarship application: April 1st, 2025

Self-financed application: May 31st, 2025
