North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) is a national key university of “Project 211” and “Project 985”, directly under the leadership of Ministry of Education. Its headquarters locates in Beijing with a campus in Baoding. The two campuses carry out integrated management. NCEPU now has about 3,000 faculty members and over 20,000 full-time undergraduate students and near 10,000 post-graduate students. It covers an area of over 1,600 acres with floorage over 1 million square meters.

Majors: Electrical Engineering and its Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration.

2025 Sept - 2029 July, 4 year duration.

1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, be friendly to China.

2. Age 18-24, and in good physical and mental health condition 

3. Abide by laws and regulations of the Chinese government and obey rules and policy of university.

4. Applicants shoud hold a high school's diploma, and English proficiency.
