Hebei Academy of Fine Arts is a private full-time undergraduate art university approved by the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 2002, with a total construction area of 724600 square meters and a library with over 2.23 million printed books. The school has an art museum with a collection of over 10000 cultural relics, including paintings, calligraphy, sculptures, and other works of art, for students' basic training, appreciation, and copying. At present, there are six secondary colleges, including the School of Plastic Arts, the School of Calligraphy, the School of Design, the School of Film and Television Arts, the School of Animation and Digital Arts, and the School of Sculpture and Public Art, with 27382 full-time students.

Qualifications
1. Applicants should be a non Chinese citizen with a valid passport, in good physical and mental health.
2. Applicants aged between 18 and 25 should have obtained a high school education or above.
3. Applicants must study Chinese Language during first academic year and pass HSK exam to continue following years study.
