Nanjing Tech University has a history of more than one hundred years as a cradle of education. It is one of the first batch of 14 universities of the Higher Education Innovative Capacity Promotion Plan ("2011 Plan" for short). It is a key institution of higher learning in Jiangsu Province, which is piloting comprehensive reforms and strategy for developing a strong faculty of talents. Nanjing Tech University has 11 faculties, 28 schools and over 38,000 students, one first-rate National Key Discipline, one first-rate Jiangsu Provincial Development Base for National Key Disciplines, two Jiangsu University Development Bases for National Key Disciplines and four Jiangsu Provincial Preponderant Disciplines. Nanjing Tech University is ranked 55th in the Chinese mainland universities in ESI 2022 (March) and Chemistry, Materials Sciences are among the top 1‰ in the world, Engineering, Biology & Biochemistry and Environment / Ecology are among the top 1% in the world.

Before June 30th, 2024

1. Applicants must be foreign citizens with no criminal records and in good health, 18 years old or above in principle.

2. Applicants must bear good conduct, obey Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese customs, and observe the rules and regulations of Nanjing Tech University

3. Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. 

4. Applicants who apply for courses taught in English should have proof of English proficiency: applicants with 80 scores or above in TOEFL (computer-based), or 550 scores or above in traditional tests, or 6.0 or above in IELTS (Academic) shall have priority
