Harbin Medical University (HMU)is located in Harbin,an ice city in the north of China. It is a medical university with profound historical and cultural heritage. HMU is formed by Binjiang Medical School (renamed as Harbin Medical University in 1938) founded by Dr.Wu Liande,a pioneer of modern medicine in China; It has a considerable scale of development and distinct characteristics of education.HMU is the university jointly built by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government,the Natinal Health and Family Planning  Commission,and the Ministry of Education,the Chinese leadership unit of the Association of Sino-Russian Medical Universities(ASRMU), the national basic science research and teaching talent training center,one of the first trial seven years higher medical education institutions established by the Ministry of Education,and high level public health college constructed by the Ministry of Education. 

1. Applicants must be non Chinese citizens aged between 18-25, be mentally and physically healthy, and possess a valid regular passport. 

2. Applicants should be a graduating high school student or hold a high school diploma with a satisfactory academic record.

3. Applicants should persend a TOEFL certificate with a score of 70 or above, or an IELTS Academic certificate with an overall score of 6.0. Applicants who have taken all courses in English during high school studies and native speakers are exempt.

Tuition CNY 30000/year.

Accommodation CNY 3600/year (triple room).
CNY 5400/year (double room).
