Ningxia Medical University

Located in Yinchuan, the capital city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Ningxia Medical University was founded in 1958, which covers an area of nearly 833,000 ㎡and the construction area of 293,000 ㎡, which includes old campus and new campus. The university consists of 17 secondary schools, 11 teaching & scientific research assistant departments, 12 affiliated hospitals, 14 teaching hospitals and 120 practical hospitals & practical teaching bases. It has 17 undergraduate majors and 5 nation-leveled characteristic specialties; 3 first level disciplines conferring the Doctor’s Degree, 8 first-level disciplines conferring the Master’s Degree. There are 5660 teaching staffs and health care workers in Ningxia Medical University, and 30.48% of them have doctor degree. At present, there are over 20,000 students in the university, including 9700 full-time students, 1400 postgraduates, and nearly 300 international students coming from Korea, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Bangladesh, etc.

Eligibility

1.Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals, have good conduct, good physical and mental health, and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and Tianjin Medical University.
2.Applicants for master's degree must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and work experience, and be no older than 35 years of age at the time of application.

3.Applicants for doctoral degree must have a master's degree in a related field and work experience, and be no older than 40 years of ageat the time of application.

4.Applicants must meet the language proficiency requirements: IELTS score of 6 or above or TOEFL score of 70 (IB) or above.
