About HAUST
Henan University of Science and Technology (HAUST) is located in Luoyang, well-known as the thousand-year ancient capital and the peony flower city, which is also the sub-center of the city cluster in central plains of China. HAUST is a model university of Deepening Educational Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a national-level Continuing Education Base for Professional and Technical Personnel, the first rank of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation and Technologies Transfer Bases accredited by the Ministry of Education. It’s also one of the three key comprehensive universities in the high-level construction project of Henan Province.
HAUST developed from its earliest foundation in Beijing in 1952. The university is composed of 4 campuses, covering 757 acres. And now, there are 42,000 full-time undergraduates, graduates, and international students and 24,000 continuing education students on campus. So far there are 31 schools offering 100 undergraduate programs in 11 disciplines. Five disciplines, including engineering, materials science, clinic medicine, agronomy, and botany & zoology, ranked in ESI’s global top 1%.

Qualification
1.Non-Chinese citizen with a valid foreign passport and in good health.
2.Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification with good grades.
3.Language Proficiency Requirements for English-taught programs applicants(English native speakers are exempted).

1.The Photocopy of Passport (photo page and China visa page).
2.Bachelor degree certificate or an official certificate of expected graduation for applicants who haven't graduated.
3.Official academic transcript of undergraduate study written in English or Chinese sealed with official stamps.
4.English language proficiency.
5.Personal statement / Study plan in English or Chinese
6.Non-criminal record certificate.
7.Physical examination report generated within the recent 6 months.
8.Two recommendation letters by professors/associate professors of correlated disciplines.
9.Bank statement
10.Other supporting materials (such as award certificates, academic papers published, English or Chinese Language Proficiency certificate, special skill certificate like dancing, sports, etc.)
