Eligibility:

1.A copy of a valid passport, including name, passport number, expiration date, and photo.

2. A photo consistent with the passport of the applicant.

3. A notarized certificate of the highest academic qualification.

4.A copy of the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners within its validity period of6 months.

5. A certificate of no criminal record within its validity period of 6 months.
