(1)Non-chinese citizens who are in good physical and mental health, have a solid academic background, voluntarily abide by Chinese laws and school regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.

(2) Foreign citizens with equivalent academic qualifications to high school graduation and holding valid passports, aged 18 to 25. Those under 18 years old need to submit a guardian's guarantee letter. For those who were originally Chinese citizens and later acquired foreign nationality, the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education shall be implemented.
