Why study in

The Overseas Education School(OES)of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics was established on February 11, 2019. It has two offices: the Admission Office and the General Administration Office. The school was formerly called the Department of Overseas Student, Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, JUFE.

The OES is fully responsible for the education of overseas students of JUFE and for coordinating with various departments inside and outside the university, overseas students' admission, accommodation management, non academic activities arrangement, formulating, implementing and supervising the administrative regulations and rules.

The OES is also responsible for the application of national scholarship programs, management of HSK Test Center, development of short term study programs, establishing of the overseas student volunteer team, and supporting the host schools to complete academic teaching affairs.

The History of Overseas Education of JUFE

◆In November 1995, JUFE was approved to enroll overseas students;

◆In September 1997, the first cohort of overseas students were recruited;

◆In March 2013, JUFE was granted the qualification of Chinese Government Scholarship for educating Overseas Students in China.

◆ In September 2013, JUFE began to recruit undergraduate and graduate overseas students, achieving the breakthrough of zero recruiting degree overseas students.

◆In September 2014,JUFE recruited doctoral overseas students for the first time, realizing the full coverage of overseas education from undergraduate to doctoral level.

◆In September 2017,for the first time, JUFE recruited the bachelor overseas students majoring in International Business taught in English, realizing the programs taught in English covering three levels: undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral.

◆In October 2018, JUFE passed the Quality Certification for Overseas Education in China issued by the Ministry of Education of China.

◆In February 2019, the Overseas Education School of JUFE was formally established.

The Overseas Education School of JUFE is dedicated to provide every overseas student with high-quality education, perfect management and comfortable environment.
