Introduction
The Master’s Program of Electronic Commerce provides students with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of electronic commerce and management. Students that have completed the program will have a solid theoretical foundation of economics and management, and they are well-versed in the use of modern Information Technology and the Internet Technology. These knowledge and skills are invaluable for the operation and management of electronic commerce, and the analysis and implementation of electronic commerce strategies for enterprises. This program furnishes students with the methodological and theoretical tools that they need to design innovative electronic commerce solutions and effectively manage electronic commerce organizations and networks. Our distinguished faculty and collaborative culture encourage students to think creatively and push the boundaries of conventional wisdom. Meanwhile, we offer a wide variety of opportunities for international education and practice.
Research Directions
The program offers the following five directions of study at the Master level:
1. E-commerce theories and practices
This direction explores the fundamental theory and methods for the development of E-commerce industry and the emerging business models and implementations in the field.
2. Business data analysis
This direction explores the theory and realizations of data analysis in the context of E-commerce, including the development of data mining and data analysis methods and the implementations of business intelligence applications.
3. Internet economy and trade
This direction explores the underlying patterns of Internet economy. Economic models will be developed to explain phenomena and help decision-makers in prediction.
4. Digital enterprise management
This direction investigates the operation of modem enterprises a digital environment, and the transformations from traditional to digital paradigm. This will provide organizations and top management with strategies and implementation methods for digital transformations.
5. E-commerce behaviors
This direction studies the patterns and changes of users or consumers behaviors in the context of E-commerce. It provides explanations of those behaviors and solutions for behavior prediction and intervention.
Requirements
Applicants are required to have a Bachelor degree in Electronic Commerce, Computer Science, Business Administration, or others related.

Curriculum
The two-year full-time Master's degree program in Electronic Commerce is taught in English and requires a strong commitment from students. The curriculum of this program includes compulsory courses, elective courses and practice and thesis. Students are required to obtain 30 credits before graduation, among which 20 credits are for lectures, 4 for practice and 6 for academic thesis. In addition, students need to obtain no less than 6 credits for electives. The curriculum is as follows:
