CSC Scholarship 

When applying for CSC Scholarship disciplines or majors taught in Chinese, the Chinese proficiency of the applicants for bachelor's degrees, general non-degree students (except for Chinese language major) and visiting scholars should technically at least meet requirements of HSK-3, and for the applicants for master's degrees or doctoral degrees, the Chinese proficiency should be technically at least HSK-4.

Applicants can apply for more than one scholarship but can only accept one scholarship;

If applicants fail to get a scholarship, they are welcome to study at CUMT at their own expense by applying as a self-supporting student.

CUMT School Scholarship details:

Content and types:

Class A (all tuition fees, for Language+Major, Master and Doctoral students):

   RMB 16,200 (MS) or 15,400 (MA) per year for Master students,

   RMB 17,000 per year for Doctoral students.

Class  B+ (only for Bachelor students)

   RMB 8,800 (BA)

   RMB 9,600 (BS)

Class  B (50% of tuition fees):

   RMB 6,900 (BA)or 7,300 (BS) per year for Bachelor students,

   RMB 7,700 (MA)or 8100 (MS) per year for Master students,

   RMB 8,500 per year for Doctoral students.

Class C (25% of tuition fees):

   RMB 3,450(BA)or 3,650 (BS) per year for Bachelor students,

   RMB 3,850 (MA) or 4050 (MS) per year for Master students,

   RMB 4,250 per year for Doctoral students.

Requirements for receiving a CUMT scholarship:  

1. Age:

Bachelor applicants: no more than 25 years old;

Master applicants: no more than 35 years old;

Doctoral applicants: no more than 40 years old;

2. Good health;

3. GPA requirements:

 A: GPA≥3.2；Class  B+: GPA≥3.2；Class  B: GPA≥3；Class  C: GPA≥2.8（total  GPA is 4）
