Shenyang Medical College is located in Shenyang , a bid modern city. The college is composed of 13 teaching institutions and offers 11 undergraduate specialties like clinical medicine, nursing, laboratory medicine, anesthesiology, optometry, etc. The college owns seven affiliated hospitals. Shenyang Aerospace University (SAU) is founded in 1952 and situated in Shenyang. During the past 60 years, Shenyang Aerospace University has developed into an academic center, housing teaching buildings, research laboratories, a library which is both an architectural and cultural icon, a theater building, sports arena, swimming center and student’s activity centers having 600,000 square meters of floor space and cover 200, 000 square meters of landscaped gardens. Other services such as the school hospital, comfortable accommodations and a number of dining halls are also provided.
The university has 1,600 staff, 900 of which are academic, and boasts an attendance of more than 20,000 students. While focusing on engineering disciplines, SAU’s scope has been enhanced with curricula covering such areas as science, management and liberal arts. The university has 44 disciplines for undergraduate study, 50 disciplines for master degrees, and joint programs for PhDs. SAU degrees are recognized around the world.

Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) is a key construction university of Zhejiang Province. It can trace its origin to the former Zhejiang Special Medical School established in 1912. In August 1958, a group of faculty were sent from Hangzhou to Wenzhou to help build up Zhejiang Medical College, which was ever since renamed Wenzhou Medical College in accordance with its location, and renamed Wenzhou Medical University in 2013.

Ningbo University is a dynamic, young and comprehensive university with a wide range of disciplines: economics, law, education, liberal arts, history, science, engineering, agronomy, medicine and management. It is one of the key institutions of higher learning of Zhejiang Province. Deng Xiaoping autographed the name of Ningbo University. Throughout its establishment and development, the University has been upheld by considerable donations and generous support from patriotic overseas Chinese such as Sir Yue-kong Pao, Sir Run-run Shaw, Sir Chao An Chung, Sir Cao Guangbiao, Sir Li Dashan, Sir Zhu Xiushan, as well as from personages of various circles in the country. Mr. Cheng Gang, a standing member of Ningbo Municipal Committee of CPC, is concurrently Secretary of the Ningbo University Committee of CPC. Professor Nie Qiuhua holds the presidency of the university.
